Spider-Man: Homecoming Hasbro toys

Thanks to toy companies, we frequently get our first looks at new costumes, vehicles and characters from upcoming movies via their toys (I'm looking at you POWER RANGERS). To that end, Hasbro has unveiled the first toys for their upcoming SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING lineup, and while we've already seen most of what they have to offer in the trailers, they do give us a slightly better look at a few choice characters, namely Spider-Man (Tom Holland) and the Vulture (Michael Keaton). After catching a brief glimpse of Peter Parker's homemade Spidey suit in CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR, Hasbro's toy lets us absorb the full power of Parker's sleeveless hoodie and sweat-pants. That's going right up on the shelf. In addition to a better look at Michael Keaton's Vulture suit, we also see Spider-Man with his very own Spider-Mobile, which, naturally, fires Nerf darts.

I know these are just toys for kids, but why are they always giving Spider-Man a car? That's what we want to see, Spider-Man driving to the scene of a crime. Even the toy version of Spidey looks as though he's questioning the logic.

The official synopsis for SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING:

A young Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland), who made his sensational debut in Captain America: Civil War, begins to navigate his newfound identity as the web-slinging super hero in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Thrilled by his experience with the Avengers, Peter returns home, where he lives with his Aunt May (Marisa Tomei), under the watchful eye of his new mentor Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.). Peter tries to fall back into his normal daily routine – distracted by thoughts of proving himself to be more than just your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man – but when the Vulture (Michael Keaton) emerges as a new villain, everything that Peter holds most important will be threatened.

SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING will swing into theaters on July 7, 2017.

The Spider Mobile according to Marvel.com:

I had this issue long ago. It was really hilarious because Spidey takes it out for a test drive without having any actual driving skills.

i hope this movie is great.

but i personally don't like the design of the costumes, the Vulture one is the same line as Harry's Green Goblin in SP3.

In the comics peter built the spider mobile because for a while he moved to suburbs and couldn't swing from sky scrappers. It does everything a spider can also. It was hawkeyes ride in the oldman logan comics.

Would be cool to see some flashbacks of Peter in his first homemade suit while protecting New York City before eventually seeing him in the suit (again) that Stark made for him.

And I'm loving the design of Keaton's Vulture suit even though I was more of a fan of Raimi's more organic villain design in the original trilogy.

I'm predicting Tony and Peter are going to get into an argument about Spiderman not being allowed in the avengers, or at the very least Tony being too protective of Peter and not letting him use his powers to fight big villains the way Peter thinks he should be. Tony will take his suit back, leaving Peter to try and fight Vulture (or one of the other villains) in his old sweatpants suit, hopefully getting his ass kicked in the process, which raises the stakes and is pretty fun to watch in my

Then before the final battle Tony will come to his senses and give Peter the suit back, with even more upgrades.

You have to kinda pause and look through it, but a lot of the trailer shows Peter in his homemade suit. I'm guessing we'll either get a lot of flashbacks OR the movie will act as a prequel-to-sequel of Civil War, taking place before and after those events. And the stuff in DC will probably lead to what his role in the Civil War comics was (I won't spoil it here, in case anybody doesn't already know).

The DC stuff can't be a prequel, though, because he would have still been wearing his homeemade suit at that point. I'm telling you, he's going to be forced to wear his shitty homemade suit again because Tony revokes his Stark Tech privileges.
