New pics for DRAGONBALL, the feature adaptation of the insanely popular Japanese manga of the same name, have slowly but surely been rolling out online and today we've got three more showing Justin Chatwin as Goku, Emmy Rossum as Bulma and our first good look at Chow Yun-Fat as Master Roshi. Goku, of course, is trying to stop the evil Piccolo (James Marsters) from collecting all the dragonballs and using them to score chicks. And take over the world. He'll do that on April 8th.

Extra Tidbit: DRAGONBALL writer Ben Ramsey apparently also wrote the LUKE CAGE adaptation.

Ok this whole thing is a bad idea. This idea of making Dragon Ball into a movie is just a really injured idea. nowhere it says the characters are asian. they look that way because of the artists' drawings because its how he does it, but that doesnt mean anything. theyre aliens anyways

Goku being white really isn't doing it for me...feels like a spook, but if speed racer can do it maybe these guys can cause speedracer was the SHIT!!!!

I'm definitely on the fence about this one. I don't think it'll be that good, but there's something about that third picture that gave me a little hope.

But yeah, I think it's seeing Chow Yun-Fat for the first time, who's is a bad ass in my eyes. Now he doesn't look like Master Roshi at all...but there's something about him being in this movie that really intrigues me.

Guess I'm in the minority, but I plan to be there opening day for this one. Yes, it's going to be bad, but that's kinda the point. Can you imagine the amount of unintentional humor there's bound to be?

I enjoyed watching the series when I was younger. It wasn't Shakespeare and it never really tried to be. I'm not expecting Oscar material when I go see a Dragonball movie. If they ...

If they have some good fight scenes interspersed between cheesy dialog I figure that's par for the course. I'm just gonna have fun with it.

(Oh, and as for Roshi being a perv, well, check out his shirt in the bottom pic. All hope is not lost)

i dont think this movie will do well, but i love the show. I really hope they will do it justice but i doubt it
