If you’ve been following the site for the past few months (or any site for that matter), you should know that 30 DAYS OF NIGHT opens today! The MUCH anticipated vampire flick that’s gotten praise all over, is finally here. This is looking to be one of the best vampire flicks in a while folks, so it’s not one to miss. Now in the past month I’ve dropped the news on various 30 DAYS OF NIGHT clips hitting the web. Well I’ve got a couple more for you, courtesy of Fearnet.
The first one, titled “Lets Just Have Dinner,” is one of my favorties thus far. We’ve actually seen part of the clip in most of the 30 DAYS OF NIGHT trailers, but the whole scene is pretty great. From the tension filled relationship between the couple to the screaming, great great stuff. From the looks of this, and the rest of the clips, this seems to be the tone of the whole movie, and if that’s the case, that’s pretty awesome. To check out the clip, click here.
The second clip is a decent one starring Josh Hartnett and Melissa George. It’s just a small clip showing the two realizing what’s coming towards them. It’s called “Get In The Truck” and you can check it out here.
You know your going to be hitting the theaters to check this one out, and the first chance I get I will be too. If you don’t know what the flick is about yet, you’ll probably never care, but just in case, it’s about a town in Alaska where the sun sets for 30 days. During a particular month of darkness, a group of vampires decide to attack the town. It’s directed by David Slade, written by Steve Niles, Stuart Beattie, and Brian Nelson, and stars Josh Hartnett, Melissa George (below), Danny Huston, Ben Foster, and Mark Boone Junior.
