Director Justin M. Seaman's '80s-style slasher film THE BARN is a project we've been keeping an eye on ever since its first trailer was released back in February of 2015, waiting for our chance to see the full movie. That wait has come to an end, as DVD copies can now be pre-ordered through TheBarnMerch.com.
With a cast that includes legendary scream queen Linnea Quigley, first Jason Voorhees Ari Lehman, and FLESHEATER's Rik Billock, THE BARN tells the following story:
Its Halloween 1989, best friends Sam and Josh are trying to enjoy what’s left of their final Devil’s Night before graduating high school. But trouble arises when the two pals and a group of friends take a detour on their way to a rock concert, finding an old abandoned barn and awakening the evil inside. Now it’s up to Sam and Josh to find a way to protect their friends and defeat the creatures that lurk within “The Barn”.
Mitchell Musolino, Will Stout, Lexi Dripps, Cortland Woodard, Nikki Darling, Nickolaus Joshua, Ryan Nogy, and David Hampton round out the cast.
THE BARN is being released in a 2-disc special "Trick or Treat" edition that will be limited to less than 500 copies. Disc 1 is a DVD containing the feature film and bonus features, while disc 2 is a CD-ROM of The Barn video game.
