Beauty gets bloody in the red band trailer for The Neon Demon

The first trailer for Nicolas Winding Refn's (ONLY GOD FORGIVES, DRIVE) hit earlier this week, painting a very surreal and dangerous picture. That's par for the course when it comes to this prolific director, and now we have the red band trailer that really gets the red flowing. For those of you at work, boobies ahead!

I love the fact that Refn's work is so divisive, and even I will wrestle with whether or not I actually liked one of his film's after seeing them. Either the way, the director gives plenty of food for thought and I'm excited to see what he has to say with these characters and their infatuation with beauty. Plus…Jena Malone.
