Marvel releases some new human-sized photos from Ant-Man

Last Updated on August 5, 2021

With the release of ANT-MAN approaching, Marvel has released a handful of images from the final installment of the second phase of its Cinematic Universe. Included amongst the photos are looks at Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas, Evangeline Lilly, Corey Stoll, David Dastmalchian, and ants; lots and lots of ants. Now some of these photos aren't exactly new to us but hey, what are we doing to do, not share ANT-MAN photos? That'd just be silly.

ANT-MAN feels a little out of place coming so soon after AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON laid the foundation for Phase Three, but I hope that outsider status hints at a Marvel film which will be allowed to embrace the quirkiness that its brethren haven't fully embraced. ANT-MAN isn't exactly on my list of most anticipated films of 2015, but I have to admit that it's slowly but steadily working its way up. Here's hoping the film will surprise us.

ANT-MAN is set for a July 17, 2015 release.
