Cool Videos: Wesley Snipes in the greatest legal deposition ever

I miss Wesley Snipes. I miss the way he and Sean Connery went at it in RISING SUN. I miss him saying “always bet on black” in PASSENGER 57. I miss the BLADE movies. But most of all I miss just how friggin nuts the guy was.

At least until he gets out of prison next year, we can enjoy this video. You see, during a 2008 deposition, Mr. Snipes was asked to explain how talent agencies work in terms of rights over actors and the commissions they are entitled to. The prosecutor’s question was quite complex and Mr. Snipes answered in the best way possible. Check it out.

If every court case could be reduced to an analogy with pimps, our legal system would be so much easier to understand.
