Behold, the first twelve minutes of Game of Thrones

JoBloJoBlo

If you’re the sort of person that can be swayed by twelve minutes of footage of something, than this new release from HBO’s Game of Thrones might be for you.

They’ve release the intro to the pilot episode, which premieres for real April 17th, and will satiate your need for good TV as Breaking Bad, Mad Men, Dexter and The Walking Dead aren’t back for a while.

Outside of Boardwalk Empire, which is “meh” in my opinion, they don’t have a lot going on in the drama department. This is the network of The Soparnos, The Wire and Deadwood, and hopefully Thrones can live up to that.

As for the clip below? I didn’t watch it. I freaking hate watching preview clips before something I know I’m going to catch when it’s actually released. But I understand not everyone else shares that philosophy, so you can check the footage out for yourself below.
