WHO KILLED CAPTAIN ALEX, Uganda’s first ever action film from Ramon Film Productions, has itself a trailer that might possibly be the CITIZEN KANE of ultra low-budget action movie trailers. Don’t take my word for it, though. Check it out for yourself below!
