The thing you might remember most about the 80s slasher flick MY BLOODY VALENTINE is the iconic image of the movie’s gas-mask wearing, pickaxe-wielding homicidal miner.
For the upcoming remake, you’ll have to remember it — because while the early teaser poster utilized the miner/heart/blood theme, Lionsgate is instead now putting the marketing focus on the 3D aspect of the movie (which reportedly takes amazing advantage of the format’s depth capabilities).
The new version comes from director Patrick Lussier (DRACULA 3000) and stars Jensen Ackles (TV’s “SUPERNATURAL”) and Jaime King (SIN CITY) caught in a small-town love triangle and series of murders. Click the pick to check out the full poster at UGO.
