New Wanted pics

There’s some new pics floating around the interwebs for the upcoming comic-based WANTED and, boy, they are goddamn fierce. Of course, that’s not too surprising considering the film is under director Timur Bekmambetov, whose NIGHT WATCH trilogy was a veritable aesthetic joygasm. Will the story match the visuals, however? We can only hope.

In the film, James McAvoy stars as Wesley, an office drone whose soon recruited by a man (Morgan Freeman) working for an organization known as The Fraternity and under whose tutelage he learns his true identity and unlocks his near superhuman ability with firearms. Angelina Jolie plays a hottie assassin with whom he crosses paths. Suffice to say, all kinds of mad cool gun play action ensues. Click on Jolie’s piece to check out the rest of the pics.
