Genre-bending They Look Like People reaches VOD March 11th

Last Updated on July 21, 2021

Currently enjoying a one-week run at the Arena Cinema in Los Angeles, writer/director Perry Blackshear's intriguing-looking film THEY LOOK LIKE PEOPLE is set to receive a VOD release from Gravitas Ventures on March 11th.

The teaser trailer for the film can be seen below, and by the time you're done watching it you will still have absolutely no idea what this movie is about. The trailer doesn't give information, but what it does is promise that the film has a very moody atmosphere.

For the curious, there is a short synopsis available online:

Suspecting that those around him are actually malevolent shape-shifters, a troubled man questions whether to protect his only friend from an impending war, or from himself.

Could be quite interesting to see how that scenario plays out.

THEY LOOK LIKE PEOPLE is described as "a genre-bending story of love, loyalty, and living nightmares". It stars MacLeod Andrews, Evan Dumouchel, and Margaret Drake.
