It’s been quiet on the [REC] 4: APOCALYPSE front for a couple of months. The last bit o’news we threw your way concerned the official teaser for the Jaume Balagueró-helmed sequel, which is set to begin filming any time now. A couple of supposed teaser posters for the latest installment in the [REC] franchise has hit the net, and while we can’t be 100% certain that they are ‘official’, at this point we’ll just go with it and share ’em with ya below.
As for what [REC] 4: APOCALYPSE will entail, we have this synopsis for you:
Angela Vidal, the young television reporter who entered the building with the fireman, manages to make it out alive. But what the soldiers don’t know is that she carries the seed of the strange infection.
She is to be taken to a provisional quarantine facility, a high-security installation where she will have to stay in isolation for several days. An old oil tanker, miles off shore and surrounded by water on all sides, has been especially equipped for the quarantine.
