Do you guys remember us telling you all about that micro-budget flick Paramount was putting together called THE DEVIL INSIDE? Well our last update for the film came back in April, when we learned it would be getting a February 2012 release date.
So what’s the big news today? Five months later? Well that the film is being released a month earlier of course! Instead of February 24, 2012 THE DEVIL INSIDE will now be ‘inside’ of theaters starting January 6, 2012!
The guys over at Bloody-Disgusting are also reporting that the film will go back in front of the cameras next week in Los Angeles for some additional photography to add some new flashback sequences. Now that makes sense. ‘We need to shoot some more scenes, so let’s move the movie up a month!’ Eh I’m sure Paramount know what they’re doing.
Her entire life, Isabella Torelli believed her mother brutally murdered three people because she was clinically insane. After being told the murders occurred during an exorcism, she sets out to discover the truth. While documenting her experience with a film crew in Italy, she becomes involved in a series of unauthorized exorcisms.
Coming from director William Brent Bell, THE DEVIL INSIDE stars Bonnie Morgan (below), Fernanda Andrade, Simon Quarterman, Preston James Hillier, Evan Helmuth, Suzan Crowley, D.T. Carney and Ionut Grama. Let’s find out if this whole micro-budget thing pays off on January 6, 2012.
