So how are you guys feeling about Amy Heckerling’s horror/comedy VAMPS? Personally I think it’s going to border along comedy a lot more than horror and that’s an epic disappointment to this guy right here. Come on now… A vampire flick with a bunch of sexy hotties biting around New York. The thing has so much potential! But alas I can’t help but feel it’ll be nothing but another chick flick.

At least there’s hope! Whenever we’ve got vampires afoot there’s always hope. And today’s hope comes with a side order of a brand new one-sheet to help get you guys pumped for this one. Actually this new poster probably won’t pump anyone up but I’m going to show you it anyway. Just scroll down below to check that shite out courtesy of JoBlo’s Pimpin’ Poster Palace.

VAMPS tells the modern day tale of two young beautiful female vampires living the good nightlife in New York until love enters the picture and each has to make a choice that will jeopardize her immortality.

See what I mean? Not a whole lot going on for this one but at least we get some fangs, right? VAMPS stars Sigourney Weaver, Alicia Silverstone, Krysten Ritter, Malcolm McDowell, Marilu Henner and Zak Orth. No telling when this one will hit theaters but that news should be rolling our way sooner rather than later.
