Scream documentary Still Screaming hitting Blu-Ray this September

You guys remember a few months back, before Wes Craven’s SCREAM 4 hit theaters? It seemed like every day we were putting up at least three articles regarding the popular franchise. One project we were reporting on at the time was the SCREAM documentary STILL SCREAMING: THE ULTIMATE SCARY MOVIE RETROSPECTIVE.

I know you guys remember that shite. For what it’s worth the thing looked like it had the potential to be halfway decent. And just in case you missed STILL SCREAMING way back when, I’ve got a treat today that’s going to give you another chance at checking this bad larry out!

You see according to the guys over at ShockTillYouDrop the documentary, which comes from Shock’s own Ryan Turek, will be hitting Blu-Ray this September! September 6th to be exact. Alas this release isn’t all candy and roses. You see the kicker here is in order to get STILL SCREAMING on Blu-Ray you’re going to have to pick up the SCREAM trilogy Blu-Ray pack Lionsgate are planning on dropping. Apparently STILL SCREAMING will be on a fourth bonus disk. Oh for shame.

I suppose if you were planning on picking up the trilogy then STILL SCREAMING is a nice little perk. On the other hand if you weren’t planning on shelling out the dough for the same trilogy you have on VHS and DVD yet you wanted to see STILL SCREAMING… well you’re pretty much screwed.
