Any news about the gorgeous Teresa Palmer being in a flick is good news. When the flick she’s starring in happens to be a love story with zombies, well then that’s just awesome news!

I’m talking about the flick WARM BODIES, which is coming our way from director Jonathan Levine and is based on the novel of the same name by Isaac Marion. In case you’re in the dark with this one, let me school you all on what it’ll be about:

WARM BODIES follows an existentially tormented zombie named R that begins an unlikely friendship with the human girlfriend of one of his victims. The blossoming relationship starts a chain reaction that will transform him, his fellow zombies and maybe the whole lifeless world. The human female is described as the daughter of one of the humans’ military leaders who is tiring of a life of constantly fighting off zombie attacks.

Palmer is set to play the human girlfriend while Nicholas Hoult has already been tapped to play the zombie.

So what do you guys think? The fact that this thing is described as TWILIGHT meets SHAUN OF THE DEAD kind of bothers me… I mean a top notch flick like SHAUN OF THE DEAD and … TWILIGHT. Not exactly a dream team now is it? Alas with a hottie like Teresa Palmer how can they go wrong?

We’ll be on the lookout for more regarding WARM BODIES as we near it’s start date this Summer.
