Exciting news coming in from the European Film Market for fans of the cult classic RE-ANIMATOR: director Stuart Gordon (right) and producer Brian Yuzna are re-teaming for a flick called THE MEN. To make the deal even sweeter, the late Dan O’Bannon (ALIEN, THE RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD) wrote the screenplay.
The thriller, currently in pre-production, is about a woman who discovers that earth is captive to an alien race that took control of the planet half a million years ago.
The Little Film Company is behind the project. Co-president/executive producer Robbie Little stated, “We have admired Brian and Stuart’s films for years and are very happy to be making this project with them now. It’s especially thrilling to be working on a project written by the great Dan O’Bannon.”
