So we just got a look at the trailer for Catherine Hardwicke’s RED RIDING HOOD less than 24 hours ago and here we are today with a look at the first official one-sheet for the film!
Now the new one-sheet doesn’t offer up a whole lot but hey, sometimes less is more right? You’ll find the full poster below which offers up Amanda Seyfried taking a nice little stroll through a forest with the taglines Believe the legend. Beware the wolf. and Who’s Afraid? Now I don’t know about you guys but I’m really digging on that second one. Subtle, classic and packs a punch. Nice!
RED RIDING HOOD takes place in a medieval village that is haunted by a werewolf, a young girl falls for an orphaned woodcutter and teams with him to hunt the wolf, much to her family’s displeasure.
Along with Seyfried the film also stars Gary Oldman, Virginia Madsen, Shiloh Fernandez, Billy Burke, Max Irons, Julie Christie, Michael Hogan, and Lukas Haas. It’s due to hit theaters April 22nd, 2011.
