Our last look at “True Blood” Season 3 came last week in the form of the fifth minisode. That video featured ‘Bill Compton’ doing some ring shopping. Well the fun continues today with the sixth and final minisode! But that’s not all!
Today’s jam-packed “True Blood” update not only includes the final minisode, but we’ve also got looks at a couple new posters for Season 3, a video recapping “True Blood” Season 2 and an interesting tidbit about the “True Blood” Season 2 Blu-ray. Ready for the skinny?
First up we’ve got the sixth and final minisode for “True Blood” Season 3. We’ve been seeing these minisodes for weeks now, all in preparation for the show’s third season. Today’s video, much like the others, is an isolated look at one of the main characters of the series. This time we’re checking up on Ryan Kwanten’s ‘Jason Stackhouse’ as he prays to a higher power. Next up we’ve got two new posters promoting the third season. Much like the countless posters we’ve already seen, these new one-sheets offer subtle, simple looks at “True Blood.” One of the posters has actually been around for a little while now, it just happened to fly under our radar for some reason. Below you’ll find the older poster, a glaring pair of eyes warning us to ‘Bewere’ as well as the newest poster, a family photo of “True Blood’s” resident shapeshifter ‘Sam Merlotte.’ Scope those goods out below!
And lastly we’ve got some updates regarding “True Blood” Season 2. How’s that for a kicker? First up we’ve got a lengthly video recapping the entire second season of the popular HBO series. What does that particle article talk about? Well “True Blood” Season 2’s Blu-ray release of course! You see, the Season 2 Blu-ray will be the first to include a connection to networking sites Twitter and Facebook. What exactly does that mean? Well I’ll let the release explain it to you:
The Blu-ray version of True Blood’s Complete Second Season, which was released on Tuesday, May 25th, allows you to connect what you’re watching to your Facebook and Twitter accounts if you’re watching on an Internet-enabled player. Each of the 12 episodes has at least eight scenes that can be “tagged” and posted directly from the discs. Additionally, repeated viewings of the show will make your profile pic look more like a vampire—blood, fangs, and all.
Pretty damn cool right? So how many of you are going to rush out to pick that bad boy up now? I know this schmuck’s seriously considering it!
