Well being a man of my word I’m here a day later to bring you another HALLOWEEN 2 update… the first clip for the flick! Sort of..
You see Rob Zombie and wife Sheri Moon Zombie stopped by Pix 11 to talk a bit about HALLOWEEN 2 and showed a short clip to go with their visit. I slapped the video up below so you can skip on through and check that out now if you so desire. Now before I get to the clip… I just want to talk about how damn awkward that interview was! It feels like the Zombies just want to laugh in that woman’s face. I love how these news show people try and act all interested but really have no clue what they’re talking about. Tisk tisk.
Anyway the clip features Sheri Moon Zombie’s ‘Deborah Myers,’ Scout Taylor-Compton’s ‘Laurie Strode,’ Chase Wright Vanek’s ‘Lil Michael Myers’ and that ugly looking pumpkin mask dude. Obviously the clip is some sort of dream Big Michael Myers is having… or maybe Laurie? Either way it’s a dream.. or something. Who knows!? Fact is I’m not feeling it… that’s right, I said it! I’m finally not digging on something coming from HALLOWEEN 2. It just feels like this clip is way too heavy for what HALLOWEEN 2 seems to be… I want the hack and slash violence of Zombie’s Michael Myers stalking around f*cking people up… this dream stuff just acts as a speed bump… or maybe it’s just me.
