Back at the beginning of June Eric told you all about an international flick in the works from Takashi Shimizu called THE SHOCK LABYRINTH 3D. The horror/thriller was inspired by a theme park ride deemed ‘the largest haunted house in the world.’ It’s called the ‘Labyrinth of Horrors’ and is located near the base of Mount Fuji. The kicker? The film was shot on location at the Labyrinth of Horrors during it’s off hours!

The film follows a group of teenagers dealing with the sudden return of a friend who went missing a decade ago. When the friend falls ill, they take her to a hospital but end up trapped in a labyrinthine haunted house. Don’t you just hate it when that happens? An official website for the flick just went live as well as the first trailer! I’ve thrown the trailer up in our videos section or you can just check it out below.
