Well the moment we’ve been waiting for has come… and gone. The hit Spanish flick [REC] hit DVD shelves on July 14th (BUY IT HERE!) and anyone who hasn’t seen it yet should’ve already taken care of that little problem. Right? Good. So now we’re caught up… so let’s bring you some more news on the [REC] sequel!
A couple weeks ago Mike hit you all with the latest image from [REC] 2 and today we’ve got the third teaser trailer for the flick… and what a teaser trailer it is! I’ve gone ahead and thrown up the new trailer in our videos section but you can check it out below. What do you think?
I don’t see how any fan can’t be digging this new trailer! It shows us nothing but at the same time shows us everything! And it’s viciously beautiful! Now I’m going to assume the countdown bit means absolutely nothing aside from being a nifty way to reach the ‘2’ but it’s still pretty cool. Some of those shots in the trailer were nothing short of awesome though! Could [REC] 2 surpass it’s predecessor? It’s ballsy but from what I see here I’m thinking it just might…[REC] 2 is set to open internationally towards the end of the year but no word on a US date.
