The SAW news has been coming like wildfire recently and it doesn’t look like things are slowing anytime soon. Last week I told you how Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton are already working on a script for SAW VII and just yesterday Eric showed you that groovy motion poster for SAW VI. As much as this franchise has gone done the tubes…. did anyone else get excited hearing that theme while checking out the poster? No? … alright then.
Today comes another piece of interesting news…. don’t worry though! Today’s update has nothing to do with SAW VI, SAW VII, or the subsequent sequels. No. Today’s update involes the original SAW! After you’ve let that sigh of relief out I’m sure you’ll be asking yourself what kind of update would be coming that involves the film that started it all. Well let me tell you.
SAW is going three dimensional! This has got to be exciting news if you’re a fan of the first film. Though I’ve got to be honest… the first SAW isn’t exactly prime for 3D but I’m sure it’ll be interesting enough to check out. Unfortunately that’s all we know for now. We don’t even know if this thing is going theatrical or straight to DVD. The hope is that Legend Films are planning on releasing the rest of the details at Comic Con sometime this week. As soon as we hear any other updates on SAW going 3D we’ll be sure to let you know!
