So the GHOSTBUSTERS video game has come and gone so now where does that leave all us GHOSTBUSTERS fans? Eagerly awaiting the third installment to the franchise that’s where!
Now it’s no secret that the original Ghostbusters are ready to slide on those proton packs once again. And it’s also no surprise that a script for the third entry is currently in the works courtesy of OFFICE writers Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky. Everyone and their mother are awaiting this script to decide whether or not this film is going to get made but unfortunately the script isn’t due for a couple months.
But while we wait there’s nothing stopping Harold Ramis from talking about this bad boy! He has once again talked a bit about GHOSTBUSTERS 3, this time over at MakingOf.com. It’s a video interview where Ramis touches on a bunch of things. He compares special effects from the first GHOSTBUSTERS film to the special effects now and even gets into an interesting rant about franchises continuing for the sole purpose of making some coin. Worry not though folks… according to Ramis everyone prepared for GHOSBUSTERS 3 are in it to have fun and for their love of this franchise… not to make some easy money.
