New Signal trailer

Truth be told, I haven’t really been keeping tabs on THE SIGNAL. The Arrow reviewed it not too long ago and had a pretty good time with it.

Like I said though, I never really looked twice at it… until now. IGN just released an exclusive trailer.. a red band trailer.. and I’m officially down!

This flick looks awesome. Just the premise alone, although a little CELL-ish, still has a great edge to it. People go bonkers after hearing a transmission through phones, radio, and TV then start randomly and viciously killing one another. I just don’t see a downfall.

Check out the trailer below or right here. THE SIGNAL is written and directed by the trio of David Bruckner, Dan Bush, and Jacob Gentry. It stars unknowns Anessa Ramsey (below), Scott Poythress, and AJ Bowen. It’s slated for a February 22, 2008 release.

The beautiful SIGNAL star Anessa Ramsey.
