Just the other day I showed you all the first still from DEATH RACE. Well today we have a first behind the scenes clip courtesy of Jalopnik.

You can check out the short clip over here. It’s showcasing some badass truck called the Dreadnought. I’m not sure what to think of it, having not seen the original film, but it looks like it’ll be all kinds of fun!

DEATH RACE is set in a future version of America, a prisoner who is weeks away from being released is forced by his warden to compete in a brutal, deadly car race alongside his fellow inmates. It’s written by J.F. Lawton and is directed by Paul W.S. Anderson. It stars Jason Statham, Ian McShane, Joan Allen, Jacob Vargas, Robert LaSardo, Natalie Martinez (pictured), Frederick Koehler, Max Ryan, and Janaya Stephens. It’s racing towards us September 26, 2008.
