Now, I don’t know about the rest of you, but I can’t wait for 30 DAYS OF NIGHT. This looks to be one badass vampire flick. In case you have no idea what I’m talking about, 30 DAYS OF NIGHT is about some town in Alaska where they have 30 days of daylight and 30 days of darkness. Unluckily for them, the 30 days of darkness also brings a group of vicious vampires to the town.
30 DAYS OF NIGHT stars Josh Hartnett, Melissa George (below), Ben Foster, Danny Huston, Manu Bennett, and Craig Hall. It’s directed by David Slade and is based off the graphic novel. If your into vampire flicks, your going to enjoy this one by the looks of it.
The news rolling in from Variety is that if your absolutely dying to see 30 DAYS OF NIGHT, Screamfest scored an early screening for it! As you probably know, Screamfest is the widely known horror film festival taking place between October 12 and October 21 in Hollywood. They’ll be screening 30 DAYS OF NIGHT 3 days early on October 16. So be sure to check that out if your in the area. Unfortunately for the guys like me, who live all the way on the east coast and can’t be in Hollywood, we’ll have to wait for the official release of the flick on October 19.
