Unhuman: Exclusive clip from Marcus Dunstan horror comedy puts teens in danger

Last Updated on June 9, 2022

Unhuman, a horror comedy from director Marcus Dunstan (The Collector), will be receiving a digital release tomorrow, June 3rd, and in anticipation of this release we’ve gotten our hands on an EXCLUSIVE clip from the film. Check it out in the embed above!

Written by Patrick Melton & Marcus Dunstan, Unhuman follows:

a group of high school students whose school bus crashes while on a field trip.  Relationships are tested amongst the students once they realize they are being stalked by a mysterious attacker who intends to drive them out of their bucolic adolescence and straight into a horrifying fight to survive.

The film stars Brianne Tju (the I Know What You Did Last Summer TV show), Benjamin Wadsworth (Your Honor), Ali Gallo (The Sex Lives of College Girls), Uriah Shelton (Freaky), Joshua Mikel (The Walking Dead), C.J. LeBlanc (Project Power), Lo Graham (Filthy Rich), Drew Scheid (Halloween 2018), Peter Giles (Dunstan’s Into the Dark: Pilgrim), Blake Burt (There’s No Such Thing as Vampires), and Dana Wing Lau (Fung Family Feast).

In the exclusive clip we have embedded at the top of this article, we see several of the characters hiding out in a building they have boarded up to keep the “mysterious attacker” from entering… but one of their friends is still outside. Still in danger.

Unhuman is a collaboration between Blumhouse Television and the Epix premium cable outlet. Blumhouse founder Jason Blum executive produced the film with Chris McCumber, Jeremy Gold, and Alex Kruener.

What did you think of the clip? Will you be watching Unhuman this weekend? Let us know by leaving a comment below. I was sold on this one as soon as I heard that it was being directed by Marcus Dunstan from a script by Paul Soter.
