Last Updated on August 5, 2021

Alan Smithee is a name that's known to most movie buffs – and usually the association is not a good one. You see, Alan Smithee is the pseudonym used by directors when they want their names taken off a project because it no longer fits with their artistic intent – or rather – the end result is embarrassing. The name was retired after the release of AN ALAN SMITHEE FILM: BURN HOLLYWOOD BURN, but one of the last films to go out with this pseudonym was HELLRAISER: BLOODLINE.

The version that went out was a fascinating mess, but WTF Happened To This Horror Movie?
