So I hear tell a few of you are a bit excited about THE AVENGERS.  Which means my question is – are you excited enough to shell out $40 and approximately twelve hours to see Marvel’s five past films as well as the film to which they’ve all been leading? Because that’s the oppportunity AMC is offering to the more devout fans amongst you this coming May 3rd

On that day you can mosey on over to select AMC Theatres to catch IRON MAN, THE INCREDIBLE HULK, IRON MAN 2, THOR (3D), CAPTAIN AMERICA (3D), and THE AVENGERS (3D) all in one shot.  $40 for the six movies comes out to about $6.66 per movie, so even if you’ve seen some (or all) of them in theatres already that actually still isn’t bad at all.

As per the official press release: “Limited engagement tickets for both THE AVENGERS and THE ULTIMATE MARVEL MARATHON will go on sale this Sunday night at a select number of AMC Theatres. The times the tickets will go on sale are as follows: Eastern Standard Time – 12:01am Sunday night (3/11) / Monday morning (3/12) Pacific Standard Time – 9:01pm Sunday night (3/11) Here is a list of the select theatres where you can purchase tickets:
