AMC has released a new trailer for the sixth and final season of Better Call Saul. The footage spells danger for Jimmy McGill as he takes his final steps toward becoming the unscrupulous lawyer Saul Goodman. The Better Call Saul Season 6 trailer shows what happens when you’ve done enough shady business for the worst criminals to notice. Now that Saul (Bob Odenkirk) and Kim (Rhea Seehorn) have targets painted on their backs, they’ll need to use every trick in the book to survive. I suppose that’s what happens when you involve yourself with the Cartel.

Known to many as the “Salamanca Guy,” Jimmy is in the middle of a secret war, and he’s losing allies fast. After Lalo Salamanca (Tony Dalton) survived a murder attempt by Gus Fringe (Giancarlo Esposito) at the end of Season 5, it put Jimmy in a poor position, with the last of his bargaining chips out of reach. There’s also the matter of Howard (Patrick Fabian) deciding to build a case against Jimmy to restrict his ability to practice law. Things are not coming up Milhouse for Jimmy, and the pieces to a very intricate puzzle are falling away fast.

Better Call Saul Season 6 will premiere with two back-to-back episodes on Monday, April 18 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on AMC and AMC+. Then, new episodes will air every Monday.
