Now here's a fun little movie tidbit! Do you recall a little line from BILL & TED'S EXCELLENT ADVENTURE where the duo discuss procuring Mr. Eddie Van Halen for their band, Wyld Stallyns? Well, apparently the legendary guitarist is a big fan of B&T's first adventure and a question was posed to series cowriter, Ed Solomon, on whether they'd asked him to be in the new film. Here's the response:

Well, at least they tried! I mean, Van Halen was HUGE when the first two films came out, but I wonder if today's audience of filmgoers would have recognized Eddie if they saw him in BILL & TED FACE THE MUSIC? Regardless, I just hope we all get to see the new film sooner rather than later because it was so damn cool seeing Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter and even Death himself, William Sadler, back in rocking form in the trailer below!
