If you’ve got room for another podcast in your life then you may be interested in Club Random with Bill Maher. The new podcast series finds Bill Maher speaking one-on-one with a range of eclectic guests where they talk about anything and everything with the exception of… politics.
Club Random with Bill Maher launched earlier this month with Star Trek‘s William Shatner as his first guest. The latest episode features Once Upon a Time in Hollywood director Quentin Tarantino with future guests set to include Dr. Drew, Piers Morgan, Adam Carolla, Judd Apatow, Bella Thorne, Killer Mike, Freddie Gibbs, Hannah Stocking, and more.
Bill Maher‘s weekly talk show on HBO, Real Time with Bill Maher, kicked off its twentieth season earlier this year. As that series deals almost exclusively with political content, it may be refreshing for fans who are eager for Maher to talk about, well, anything else.
“There’s something about sitting in a bar, in a club, in a nighttime setting with just one person that produces the rawest, realest conversations I can imagine,” Maher said. “Why am I doing this? A lot of people are turned off to politics and I really can’t blame them. There’s a whole big world out there that’s not about politics and I’m interested in all of it.“
New episodes of Club Random with Bill Maher will drop every Monday.
