Last week Mike hit you all with the news that Mauro Borrelli has a flick headed our way called BOX OF SHADOWS. Well at that time we didn’t have much to go on… actually all we had was the news that Borrelli was attached and this synopsis:
A group of college friends discover a 15th-century coffin that allows them to experience the world as ghosts. While their first adventures in the spirit world are playful and innocent the “box of shadows” soon brings out the group’s most dangerous impulses and desires. The friends find themselves pulled into a world of evil where they learn the line between life and death is there for a reason.
Sounds pretty damn cool right? I’m getting a FLATLINERS vibe to it. Mike also hit you all with a link to the Official Website. Well that site has since been updated with some names attached to star in the flick. That full cast list includes Aaron Dean Eisenberg, J. Walter Holland, Liz Fenning, Jared Grey, Domiziano Arcangeli, Jeffrey Damnit, Edurne “Edy” Ganem (below), Karen Teliha, Hans Uder, Ford Austin, Desmond Lawrence, and Don Yanan. The press release also offers the news that shooting is currently underway in Los Angeles.
If you head to the official site you can also check out a host of shots featuring our titular ‘box of shadows.’ So BOX OF SHADOWS sounds pretty intriguing right?
