Ellie Kemper has nabbed the part as Rob Coddry’s wife in SEX TAPE.
Jason Segel and Cameron Diaz will reunite with their BAD TEACHER helmer to star in film that follows, “a husband (Segel) and wife (Diaz) who take a night off from the kids and decide to spice things up by making a sex tape. But after their private footage is accidentally synched to a handful of other devices (including her mother’s and the mailman’s) they embark on a raucous quest to retrieve them.”
Rob Lowe is said to be in the mix for this as well which makes it even more exciting. At first I wasn’t interested in BAD TEACHER but I’ll be honest here, I’ve seen it more than once.
Kemper can currently be seen on THE MINDY PROJECT alongside her BFF Mindy Kaling.

Hailee Steinfeld (TRUE GRIT) has been cast as Vince Vaughn‘s daughter in TERM LIFE.
The film is based off the graphic novel by A.J. Lieberman and Nick Thornborrow centers on, “a low-life whom everybody — including mob bosses, contract killers and dirty cops — wants dead. In a rare act of selflessness (and desperation), the man takes out a million-dollar term life insurance policy to benefit his estranged daughter, but soon after, he realizes it doesn’t take effect for 21 days. The story, laid out in nonlinear fashion, focues on the man’s efforts to make it to the finish line while trying to be a responsible father for the first time.”
Lieberman adapted the screenplay. Steinfeld can be seen next in ENDER’S GAME.
