Check out the all new trailer for The King’s Man!

What a way to celebrate Father's Day! Just in time for the summer solstice, 20th Century Studios (I'm still not used to writing that) have dropped the all-new, third trailer for Matthew Vaughn's THE KING'S MAN, which is still set to come out September 18th. In this prequel to the KINGSMAN series, a group of the world's worst villains, including Rhys Ifans' Rasputin, gather to ignite a war that'll wipe out millions, and only the orginal Kingsman crew, led by Ralph Fiennes, can stop them!

This looks like a whole lot of fun, and to me it's something of a miracle Vaughn's still getting to crank out hard-R rated action flicks like this one given that Disney's in control of the studio now, and seemingly would be more interested in a PG-13 version of the franchise. While not yet rated, one has to assume this will be R-rated fun, and it sure looks like a blast, with Fiennes channeling Colin Firth by taking on a highly atypical action role. Casting Firth against type was a brilliant move by Vaughn, and it looks like this is going to be similarly effective. Gemma Arterton, Harris Dickinson, Matthew Goode and more co-star.
