It appears that this picture of someone’s head is a first look at Kevin Smith’s RED STATE.

That noggin that you are looking at belongs to Michael Parks. You might remember Parks as Señor Esteban Vihaio from KILL BILL 2 ( I always remember him from that). He is taking on the lead role of Abin Cooper, a character that is somewhat based off Fred Phelps of the Westboro Baptist Church.
