Colin Firth is one of the most compelling actors working today. While he often plays fairly mild-mannered gentlemen, all that is about to change in his latest, the Matthew Vaughn directed KINGSMAN: THE SECRET SERVICE. In the new film, Firth takes a young man – played by Taron Egerton – under his wing and teaches the lad how to be a badass. And from the trailer, we should be in for an action-packed and very funny film.
During our trip to San Diego to experience Comic Con, we had the honor of sitting down with Mr. Firth as well as Egerton and the charming Sophie Cookson. The three talked about working with Vaughn and the physical training that went into making it all seem so effortless. With this impressive cast, we can’t wait to check out KINGSMAN when it opens on October 24th at a theatre near you.
