NECA has just revealed their first San Diego Comic Con 2014 exclusive in the form of a badass Super Freddy retro style action figure! This 8-inch retro style action figure is based on Freddy Krueger's appearance in A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET PART 5: THE DREAM CHILD. It is the first time this look has been produced in figure form. It's actually hard to believe that we havn't seen a Super Freddy figure sooner, but if anyone was going to do it, it was NECA—and they did a ridiculously good job!
Super Freddy will be sold July 24-27 at the event, the figure is limited to only 5000 pieces and priced at $40. It comes in a blister card with backer card custom illustrated by Christopher Ott and Geoffrey Trapp.
If you can’t attend Comic-Con, NECA will be making LIMITED QUANTITIES available both inside and outside the US. Specifics will be announced shortly before the convention begins.
