MAD MAX: FURY ROAD is easily one of the best movies of 2015 and a favorite of the JoBlo.com crew. The movie has already been spoofed and parodied online in countless ways, but this new one may be the very best. The one and only Mark Millar, creator of KICK-ASS, WANTED, and KINGSMAN, alerted us to this very special mash-up of MAD MAX: FURY ROAD and the classic screwball comedy IT’S A MAD, MAD, MAD, MAD WORLD.

For you unfamiliar with IT’S A MAD, MAD, MAD, MAD WORLD, it is a comedy from director Stanely Kramer and starring Spencer Tracy, Edie Adams, Milton Berle, Sid Caesar, Buddy Hackett, Ethel Merman, Mickey Rooney, Phil Silvers, Terry-Thomas and Jonathan Winters. For 1963, that was one of the biggest casts ever assembled. It followed a group of people chasing down $350,000 in stolen cash with hilarious results.

Needless to say, the comedy features car chases and crashes and syncs up very well with George Miller‘s post-apocalytpic epic. I have watched this trailer a dozen times and it makes me smile each time around. It also makes me want to rewatch both movies right away. Check it out below.
