The latest Terminator flick, TERMINATOR: GENISYS, featured several twists of classic scenes from TERMINATOR and while the film has been met with a mostly negative response, that hasn't stopped Arnold Schwarzenegger from re-enacting scenes from other Terminator films; this time, he's re-enacted the biker bar scene from TERMINATOR 2: JUDGMENT DAY in a promo for the upcoming WWE 2K16 video-game. What, what?
His appearance isn't completely random, Arnold Schwarzenegger will appear as the T-800 in the upcoming game and you'll actually be able to play as the Terminator in the ring, assuming you pre-order the game that is. The TERMINATOR 2: JUDGMENT DAY re-enactment is filled with current WWE wrestlers and you can check it out below!
Arnold Schwarzenegger had some words to say in the official press release:
I’ve achieved many things in my life, but I’ve always said success means staying hungry and pushing the limits, I was honored to join the WWE Hall of Fame earlier this year, and now I’ll continue my WWE legacy with one of my biggest film roles immortalized in WWE 2K16. Match the Terminator against Stone Cold Steve Austin®, Seth Rollins® or Daniel Bryan®, and there’s only one possible outcome: Hasta la vista, baby!
WWE 2K16 will be released on PS4, PS3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360 on October 27, 2015 in North America and October 30, 2015 internationally.
