Cool Videos: The Digital Bra edit of Showgirls somehow makes the movie worse

We have all seen just how awful the dubbing of profanity can be on versions of films edited for television. Look back at the hilarious results on movies like SCARFACE, CASINO, and many others. In fact, I cannot wait to see what they do to THE WOLF OF WALL STREET. But, what do you do when there is so much nudity in a movie that you cannot air it without some creative editing?

Cable network Logo caters to gay and lesbian audiences, two demographics that love the campy trash that is Paul Verhoeven‘s SHOWGIRLS. The profanity may be one thing, but what about all the boobs on display? Ladies and gentlemen, behold the “digital bra” edition of SHOWGIRLS. Now, the term digital bra is used loosely as this looks more like someone opened Microsoft Paint and covered Elizabeth Berkeley and Gina Gershon using the paintbrush feature.

When a movie like SHOWGIRLS is made barely watchable by the use of nudity and swear words, taking those two out of the equation leaves the resulting film utterly unsuitable for human consumption. Check out the highlights of this monstrosity below.
