David Ayer gives us our first official look at Jared Leto as The Joker

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

To celebrate the 75th anniversary of The Joker, and to get a jump on the inevitable blurry set photos, our first official look at Jared Leto as The Joker from David Ayer's SUICIDE SQUAD has been released and…well, he's something that's for sure. David Ayer unveiled Jared Leto's new look just moments ago so scroll down and let us know what you think of the new clown prince of crime!

He certainly looks quite different than any other version of The Joker we've seen on screen thus far and I suppose there's something to be said for not treading in the same waters, but this look will definitely take a bit of getting used to. That said, it definitely has me intrigued and eager to see more of Jared Leto's take on The Joker.

SUICIDE SQUAD is currently shooting in Toronto and will arrive in theaters on August 5, 2016.
