You guys remember us talking about how Dee Snider and company were planning on getting the long-awaited sequel STRANGELAND: DISCIPLE moving, right? Hell the last we heard they had a cast list, synopsis and several cast members were set to return… things were moving, and fast!

But that was way back in February. What’s the deal now yo?! Well according to Dee Snider’s Twitter page – absolutely nothing.

Dead in the water. #soeffingfrustrated RT @endmike1 @deesnider whatever happened to Strangeland 2??

So there you have it folks. Why is the flick dead in the water exactly? Who knows. Fact is Dee Snider said it, so I’m going to take the man’s word for it! Mind you if this project somehow miraculously comes back to life you can bet we’ll be right here telling you about it… but I wouldn’t hold my breath.

STRANGELAND’s Linda Cardellini
