Director Shawn Levy teams up with Will Smith for City that Sailed

I’ve said here a thousand times that the only thing that keeps me from rolling my eyes every time I hear Shawn Levy‘s name is ZOMBIE NIGHTMARE. He gets a lifetime pass for that. His acting in that cheesy as hell but magnificent horror flick is supreme. Oh, and maybe that he directed a handful of episodes for THE SECRET WORLD OF ALEX MACK. Yeah, that buys a pass from me. That doesn’t mean I’ll watch his movies when they hit the theater though.

Levy just signed on to direct Will Smith in CITY THAT SAILED. The story written by Audrey Wells (UNDER THE TUSCAN SUN, THE GAME PLAN) centers on “a father and daughter on the island of Manhattan as it breaks loose and sails across the Atlantic Ocean.”
