Man, I can't think of a more highly-anticipated movie coming up then AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR. While AVENGERS was seminal (and the go-to for superhero mash-em-ups), INFINITY WAR is a culmination of almost ten years of groundwork, with tons of characters, and the first film to be fully filmed in IMAX. So there’s definitely a lot of pressure.
But I think the Russo Brothers are up to the challenge (even if I was sort of meh on CIVIL WAR), and can’t wait to see what they got cooking up. And although there’s no trailer, there’s at least some footage of Elizabeth Olsen as Scarlet Witch fucking some shit up. Let’s take a look:
Obviously not a ton to glean from it, other than the fact that she’ll have a fight scene with some mo-capped character, and that the action will arrive at Earth at some point. Whether that’s will be in an opening action sequence, or Thanos reaches Earth in the climax, is still uncertain. But feel free to speculate below!
Meanwhile, AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR will avenge in theaters May 4th, 2018.
