In order to recreate the world of DEA agents in the new David Ayer film SABOTAGE, the filmmakers had a little help. Both Mark Schlegel and Jaime FitzSimons came into the production to train and consult the actors and everyone involved to add an extra layer of badass to the film.

Sitting down with these two fine gentlemen – both of whom have worked with Ayer before – we discussed what they find frustrating when watching this job portrayed in films. They talked about working with actors and just how they train with them regarding the characters they play. Frankly these two are incredibly cool guys and it was fascinating to sit and chat with them. SABOTAGE opens this Friday at a theatre near you.
