Now we’ve been keeping you updated on THE LOST BOYS 2 here and here. Now there’s some interesting news coming in from /Film involving THE LOST BOYS 2: THE TRIBE.
THE LOST BOYS is a classic, and a sequel 20 years later would normally have the genre fans in a ruckus, but for some reason… this one is sort of welcomed. Maybe it’s the return of Corey Feldman, or maybe it’s just Autumn Reeser (below). Either works for me.
Well new word says THE LOST BOYS 2 will in fact go straight to DVD this summer, something we were all assuming anyway. Now that that’s official, Warner Brothers are already talking Part 3! Now don’t jump up and shriek yet, this is nothing at all for sure. Interesting that there’s rumbilings for another sequel just on the buzz THE LOST BOYS 2 is getting, especially considering they’ve pegged it straight-to-DVD.
Now /Film says if there is a LOST BOYS 3, it will revolve around Mr. Feldman’s character Edgar Frog. Now that’s not the only thing centering on the character. It’s been announced that DC Comics will be releasing a 4-issue comic based on the adventures of Edgar Frog during the time line between LOST BOYS and LOST BOYS 2.
