Emmy Winner Eddie Izzard stars in Doctor Jekyll as Dr. Nina Jekyll, which is a modern update of Robert Louis Stevenson’s famous novella “The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde.” Per the film’s official synopsis, “DOCTOR JEKYLL focuses on a reclusive Nina Jekyll finding friendship with her newly hired help, Rob, played by rising star Scott Chambers who must work together to prevent Hyde from destroying her life.” You can check out the poster below!
Doctor Jekyll is currently in post-production in the UK and Metro International Entertainment is handling worldwide sales, which are taking place at the Cannes Film Festival. Joe Stephenson serves as director, having developed the film with first-time writer Dan Kelly-Mulhern. In addition to Izzard and Chambers, Lindsay Duncan, Jonathan Hyde, and Simon Callow, also star.
